Watermelon Rose Cooler

The watermelon rose cooler recipe

  • Four cups chopped deseeded watermelon.
  • Four to five table spoon rose syrup.
  • One table spoon sabja / sweet basil seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water.
  • one to two table spoon rose water (optional).
  • A few ice cubes or chilled water.

Method
Soak basil seeds in half cup water for 20 to 30 minutes. Later stain the seeds and keep a side, take watermelon in blender add rose syrup and rose water blend all pour in glass and top with basil seeds.
