regularization of contract employees Proforma
In most public departments recruits employees on contract and after some time govt decided to regularize the services of employee. A committee has been formed that evaluate his services period if his performance is good then committee recommend for regularization of contract employees. The performance is checked through the Annual Performance Report of Employee that is signed by the head of department. Normally the period of contract is 03 years after three years the govt asks employee’s to submit their annual reports. Some time the period contract is exceeds to given time limit that followed insecurity between employee’s.
In some departments the contract period is included into the service of employee after being regularize. But in education department it is not implement yet. Some employee’s raises their case into court and court admits the point of employees and orders to give pay protection and includes their contract services.
In contract service of employee their are many restrictions and limitations applied, like the contractual employee cannot avail Ex-Pakistan leave or study leave. There are rules for Regularization of Contract employees 2018 click the link for reading.
The following document are required for Educator regularization. This proforma is required at the time when employee submit their regularization file with hand written application. The format of hand written application is available HERE. In addition all academic certificates and their verification. Service Certificate of employee attested by head of department ACRs/ PERs of all contract period attested by head of department. Salary slips of last three months. Result of last three years.
