Imli Sharbat


  • Half cup Tamarind(imli)- Soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper powder.
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • Half cup gurr
  • 3-4 cups water


Remove the tamarind pulp and boil the tamarind water for five minutes. Add gurr , Pepper, Salt. Stir it continuously add two cups water heat it over low flame and boil the sharbat for 2-3 minutes. Chill it and serve.
